Does this make me a bad friend?

I really like someone, she's a good friend, a good person and she's very much like me, anyway recently she got engaged, now I could have asked her out, but there was some issues going on with her and I decided not to add anything to it by asking her out.

Anyway, I am sorta still feeling down about it, but I am very happy for her, glad she is happy, and all that, just still feeling a bit....you know...anyway...

Does that make me a bad friend that I do have some hurt there?
