Oh my goodness , the world's getting crueler every day

Bloody hell. Y'know what, I don't wanna sound like a twat or anything but I blame the parents. They let their kids run around like bloody hoodlums and don't give a shyt about what they've been upto. Then they come on the bloody news and cry their eyes out -- meaning it is a different thing but they should realise that they brought it upon themselves...

Well actually on most cases you'd be right but in this case the boy that killed the other child was a straight A student and was a victim of bullying.
